About Us
Lou Carrillo, owner of Noble Creek, has worked in construction beginning in 1973. Starting his career in Southern California, he began to specialize in large and small remodels and custom homes. He worked in such diverse neighborhoods as Nichols Canyon, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, and Trabuco Canyon in South Orange County.
He left the industry in 1990 to build a housewares business, Perfection Products, selling products he invented. Among those products are Pop-A-Plate, a paper plate dispenser, and a line of complimentary products. He brought the headquarters of this business to Tennessee iat the end of 1998. After selling that business, he went back to the construction business where he is currently working with his son, Lou, and others.
